Every test, in plain language.

Diabetes
Heart, liver & kidney
- Lipid Profile (Cholesterol) Total cholesterol, LDL ('bad') cholesterol, HDL ('good') cholesterol and triglycerides in your blood. No fasting
- LFT (Liver Function Tests) A group of tests — ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin and albumin — that show liver inflammation, bile flow and how well the liver makes proteins. No fasting
- Creatinine & eGFR (Kidney Function) Creatinine is a waste product cleared by the kidneys. eGFR is calculated from creatinine, age and sex to estimate how well your kidneys filter blood. No fasting
Vitamins & iron
- Vitamin D (25-OH) 25-hydroxy vitamin D, the main form of vitamin D stored in your body. No fasting
- Vitamin B12 The level of vitamin B12, which the body needs to make red blood cells and keep nerves healthy. No fasting
- Ferritin (Iron Stores) A protein that stores iron. Ferritin level reflects how much iron your body has in reserve. No fasting
Urine
- Urine Albumin–Creatinine Ratio (UACR) The amount of albumin (a protein) in urine compared with creatinine. Albumin leaking into urine is one of the earliest signs of kidney damage. No fasting
- Urine R/E (Routine Examination) A physical, chemical and microscopic check of urine: colour, specific gravity, protein, sugar, blood, nitrite, pus cells and crystals. No fasting
Infections
- HBsAg (Hepatitis B) Hepatitis B surface antigen — a protein from the hepatitis B virus. If it is present, the virus is in your blood now. No fasting
- Anti-HCV (Hepatitis C) Antibodies your body makes against the hepatitis C virus. They show that you have been exposed at some point — not necessarily that the infection is active. No fasting
- Dengue NS1 Antigen NS1 is a protein released by the dengue virus. It can be detected in blood during the first days of fever. No fasting
- Widal Test (Typhoid) Measures antibodies against Salmonella Typhi (the bacteria that cause typhoid) by mixing your blood with bacterial antigens. No fasting
